His major works include The Anatomy of Antiliberalism (1993), The Politics of Jurisdiction: Essay on Legal Impartiality (1993), and Justice: Its History and Meaning in the Western World (2000). His fields of specialization are constitutional law, comparative constitutionalism, theory of democracy, legal theory, and political philosophy.
