Paul Feyerabend (1924-1994), Austrian-born philosopher of science. His major works include Science in a Free Society (1978), Against Method (1975), and Philosophy of Science: A History on Problems and Their Solutions (1972). His fields of specialization were philosophy of science, philosophy of technology, and epistemology.
