Paul Lorenzen (1915-1994), German philosopher, mathematician, and logician. His major works include Einführung in die formale Logik (1955), Formale Logik (1967), and Konstruktive Wissenschaftstheorie (1969). His fields of specialization were mathematics, logic, philosophy of science, and philosophy of mathematics.
