Nicolas de Condorcet - Economics Dictionary of Arguments | |||
Nicolas de Condorcet (1743-1794), French philosopher, mathematician, and politician. His major works include Esquisse d'un tableau historique des progrès de l'esprit humain (1794), Sur l'instruction publique (1792) and Lettres d'un bourgeois de New-Haven à un citoyen de France (1787). He mainly worked on philosophy of history, philosophy of education, and political philosophy.
