I 371 Mistake/Bateson: two types: Type A: an organism can correctly use information that tells it from what set of alternatives to choose. Afterwards, it can happen that it chooses the wrong alternative. Type B: the organism chooses from the wrong set of alternatives. Now two sets of alternatives can have common elements. Then it can happen that an organism decides for the wrong reasons for the right alternative.
