Brocker I 908 Politics/Women/Nussbaum: one criterion for women in society is the strengthening of bargaining positions ("bargaining approach"): Political contexts and decision-making situations would have to be examined in each case to see to what extent abilities are guaranteed and promoted in them and independently acting subjects are produced. >Capabilities/Nussbaum Three principles for action(1): 1.
