Observability/observable/change/observation/Genz: how can the change of a size be observed if the size itself is not? Newton wrestled with that question. It was only the mathematical worldview, which replaced his mechanistic view of the world, that provided the solution.
Solution/Mathematics/Genz: in Newton's equations the changes of speeds occur, but not the speeds themselves.
