Pain/Hypnosis/Block: What reason is there to think that there is pain under hypnosis at all? Some authors assume a "hidden observer" (part of the person).
Pain/Anesthesia/Block: There is a difference between whether a patient receives a general anesthesia or a local anesthesia, a local anesthetic.
