Brocker I 389 Racism/Postcolonies/Africa/Fanon: Fanon finds racism in the postcolonies with mutual negative attributions (e.g. north/south of the Sahara) resulting from the Brocker I 390 arsenal of traditional racial theoretical and orientalist discourses from Europe.
