Equality/Difference/Diversity/Gender Policy/Fraser: Empirically, both basic positions of feminist justice theory - equality and difference - were taken up in the social state context and translated into social state programs.
For example, selection procedures (between men and women) follow the equality approach, specific promotion measures follow the diversity approach (diversity, theory of difference).
Problem: the two approaches (equality and diversity approach) are not linked together, as in Fraser's design, but stand next to each other contradictory.
