Habermas IV 231
Action systems/Luhmann/Habermas: LuhmannVsParsons, Talcott: In Luhmann, Parson's "general action systems" are replaced by an evolutionary hierarchy of interlaced action systems formed by simple interactions, organizations that have become autonomous and linked via the media, and society.
This is Luhmann's reaction to the phenomenon of the decoupling of the system and lifeworld (see lifeworld/Habermas).
