Brocker I 564 Rights/Buchanan: in order to establish the conditions for exchange relations, individual spaces of freedom must be created, which must be established through property rights. Brocker I 565 Property rights/Buchanan: all types of individual rights of disposal, not just rights of ownership of land and property.
