I 3 Speech patterns/language device/terminology/Millikan: I mean words with these, syntactic forms, stress, accents, punctuation, etc. Thesis: such patterns are handed-down only because stable open and covert reactions of a cooperation partner are just as much handed down (they have asserted themselves).
