Frantz Fanon on Elite - Dictionary of Arguments
Brocker I 387 Elite/colonization/postcolonialism/Fanon: Fanon, he primarily goes to court with the national bourgeoisies ((s) in the colonized countries), the native "university and business elites" of the capital(1). Fanon accuses this class of not being interested in building a new, fairer social system, but only being interested in mediation and in replacing the former European population(2).
