Brocker I 596 Concepts/Dworkin: Moral content comes into law in the form of principles. (1) Morally meaningful constitutional concepts such as "equality" or "human dignity", however, are general and substantially controversial. We do not have unanimously accepted criteria for their correct or incorrect use. (2) Solution/Dworkin: One of the most important tasks for legal interpreters is therefore to find the best ideas (conceptions) for such terms (concepts). A conception of the concept of dignity must, for example, shed light on whether women have a valid right to physical self-disposal, which also includes a right to abortion.
