Perception/Prototypes/Categories/Vagueness/Gärdenfors: There is a cognitive mechanism for phenomena related to categorial perception (see Harnad, 1987(1), 2005(2), Petitot, 1989(3)). For example, we hear sounds that are somewhat unclean intoned, more correct than they really are.
