Being/Ousia/Aristotle/Adorno: Aristotle helps himself a little bit by saying that it is ousia the present and the here in the sense of the genesis, but according to the purely mental ontological rank the ousia is the first in the sense of the idea.

AdornoVsAristotle: this is a somewhat violent separation of genesis and validity. It returns in Max Scheler's strange theory of ideas. (See Ideas/Scheler).
