Def perception/Armstrong: "Nothing more than the acquisition of knowledge of individual facts about the world with the help of the senses" (1961)(1). Here is just as little talk about a descriptive content as with Dennett.
SellarsVsArmstrong: this solution is unacceptable. It is not the same, whether one thinks merely something or if you see something and at the same time think!
