Theory/observation: E.g. A and B disagree on the stature of a theory Ho based on the observation Oo. B evaluates the same observations in the context of a theory H1.

A agrees that when H1 is accepted, his experience does not provide enough reasons to accept Oo.
Then it's not about vagueness, but status. This status issue continues now when it is about H1 instead of Ho : B accepts H1 due to O1, but A represents a theory H2 besieds O1 ....

The other agrees respectively, that, in the case of validity of the other theory, the reaction of the other is appropriate. Divergence at each point, but agreement on the conditional acceptability.
