Def Principle of double effect/ethics/Tradition/Nagel: Nagel says that to violate deontological commandments and prohibitions one must treat another intentionally wrong or let injustice be done intentionally.

Then I can not allow even that someone else tortures.
N.B.: this is only a phenomenology of morality! - It is as if every action generated a perspective.
